A personal corner, always in progress
Hi, I'm Xiamu. My work has evolved from operations and development to AI applications and enterprise delivery. I focus on agents, skills and business workflows, connecting business, product and technology.
More about meA different way to get to know me.
Exploring AI applications and business workflows, and looking for worthwhile work to do together.
I want my phone to become the entry point for work: give instructions through conversation, let AI execute in the cloud, and open a cloud desktop when I need to work directly. A server, a cloud desktop and shared working materials are the foundation I am building.
AI has reduced the effort of analysis and writing, but people still maintain continuity: making business decisions, coordinating AI, moving information and checking results.
Starting from Anthropic's three economic scenarios, I examine how AI may affect growth, work and income distribution, and why a richer economy does not necessarily benefit everyone.
Building a reviewable, traceable release process across environments to address slow releases, configuration differences and manual operations.
Mapping recruitment workflows and designing AI collaboration around shared project context to reduce repeated explanations of hiring criteria and disconnected analysis.
Ideas will change. The story continues.
Thanks for spending a little time here.
